I found your app and have been delighted with it! Tasks have been something I've sorely missed from my old palm. There are Four ideas for settings that I'd like to request for consideration:
1) Omit certain categories/todo types from the notification count.
I have a few categories that are more like lists than ToDos (my revolving grocery list springs to mind), I'd really like to omit anything in that category from the geetasks notification count. My shopping list inflates the count from 5 to 118. kind of annoying to look at. In addition, could it be possible to have an account setting to omit items without due dates from the count?
2) iOS4 sync on exit
I've noticed that geetasks syncs as soon as I start and after I edit a task, while this is great, it's also battery consuming. Sometimes I just want a quick look (like if I had to exit because of a call) Is there any way that there could be an account setting that simply said something along the lines of auto/manual with an indicator of when the last sync was and how many changes have been made since? Also, with iOS4 would it be possible to have a sync on exit option?
3) Hide completed task button.
I generally don't purge completed items, but I don't always want to see them either. A Hide completed button would be nice. Maybe a setting for purge vs Hide?
4) Separate Sort and Group by buttons
Sort: Date, AZ, ZA, Status, None Group: Date, Status, None
