Yes.

Make sure the button at the bottom-left says "sort:none" by pressing it a few times until it does. Tasks can be either ordered naturally, or sorted, and for indent to work they can't be sorted.
Press "edit" button at the top-right
Press you finger into a task and slide it right or left. The task will become indented / un-indented.
